I cannot begin to express how amazing the staff of Clean N Dry-Newport News has been!! I had some major wind and moisture damage to my home and these guys were there for me every step of the way. From immediately coming out the day of the initial damage to tarp my roof to the final clean up of the job. Anytime I called Skylar and his team for assistance (They came and re-tarped my roof three times!!) during the weeks it took for my insurance company to process my claim, they were always prompt and willing to help. I’ll definitely be using them in the future for any home repairs.

The tech name is Zo that cleans our Apartments for us. He always does a very thorough job. If there are stains that can't come out, he'll try his best to get them 1st. But he always let us know the outcome & any next steps or recommendations. Definitely recommend them!!

Clean N Dry did a job for our company a few weeks ago. Great communication, quick response time, and affordable. The only criticism I had was that they only brought one person to the job after I told them there was furniture that would need moved. That made it tough on the tech but he managed. Otherwise great experience.

Clean N Dry is my go to for carpet cleaning. As a property manager there’s a lot of cleaners who are just out to make some fast money, but Clean N Dry are always prompt and honest. Brandon is the tech in my area and always gives me his honest opinion on if he can save my carpet or it’s time to replace. I highly recommend this company above any I’ve ever worked with.

Excellent customer service, which started with the initial telephone call; questions and concerns were addressed, also the name of the technician that would be performing the job of cleaning four (4) rooms of carpet was disclosed. I requested a 24 hour turnaround with an early window of 8 am - 10 am. Alonso reported on time, very charismatic, professional, wearing attire representing the company, and willing to do his best to honor protecting my freshly painted walls and baseboards. I appreciated the extra attention that was given to a few stubborn spots, instructions on drying time, and deodorizing the area. Finally the quote given initially, was the amount paid. I will gladly recommend this company to family, friends, and colleagues. Quick, clean job performed by Alonso. Great work Clean N Dry!

This company has fantastic customer service. Very friendly and the cleaning service was super quick. I had a couple stains that were easily removed (to include slime). They were the cheapest quote of all the four or five local companies I contacted. And the quoted price was the final price. No bait and switch. I will definitely use them in the future.
