We Pick Up, Clean N Dry & Deliver Your Rug Back To You

Pick Up: We inspect your rug to determine the best treatment for it and if we need to move any furniture in order to roll up it and take it away for cleaning. Clean N Dry: We take your rug to our Area Rug service bay at our Orlando cleaning facility. Our rug technicians will thenClean N Dry your rug. Delivery: Once cleaned and dried your rug will be go out for delivery back to your home. Once delivered it will be removed from the plastic sleeve its wrapped in and unrolled. You will then inspect the rug with our technician to ensure 100% satisfaction. Most rugs are cleaned using the same signature safe and non-toxic textile products and hot water extraction cleaning process used on wall-to-wall carpeting being they are subject to the same soils and foot traffic as your wall-to-wall carpet. Special care must be taken in drying freshly cleaned area rugs and oriental rugs to assure they hold their shape and color. After cleaning we apply an antimicrobial and protector (if ordered) and groom the carpet fibers with a carpet rake to set the nap in one direction (if nap is tall enough). Each area rug gets treated to our complimentary light and fresh deodorizer. Then we carefully lay out each area rug onto our custom built, in-house floor drying system that speed dries them from the top and the bottom simultaneously. This greatly reduces dry time to between 2-4 hours and ensures no mildew, bacteria. or mold sets in.
